With a ranking of 8 out of 22 in Upscale Midsize Cars category, the 2014 Volvo S60 is both reliable and safe. The S60 has both a fresh, stylish interior along with a powerful engine. The base engine is a turbocharged five-cylinder that produces plenty of power. With a standard six-speed automatic transmission and an estimated 21/30 mpg for city and highway, this midsize car is top in its class. If you want to upgrade to either a S60 T6 or T6 R-Design models, they come with a turbocharged six-cylinder engine.

With its interior, it’s described as high-quality and stylish throughout the whole vehicle. Negative reviews on the interior are that the rear seats are cramped and the truck is too small fore an upscale midsize vehicle.
